Directions for use:

Apply before exposure to sun. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying. 

Pro tip

In the event you do get to much sun, also try Reclaiming Dawn Sunburn Spray. It is amazing at helping cool and heal your over exposed skin.
